No More Heroes by Joe Black
To create these tarnished superheroes, Black peppers each character with tiny badges he makes himself, themselves containing pictures that contradict the greater image: Cap is constructed with images of American pop culture and war, Supes is made up of fast food and corporate logos, and Wondy is the combined depictions of glamour imagery and Playboy covers. A message that maybe our heroes are, at their cores, the sum of all our flaws.
